 The focus of our support is on young people facing significant hurdles; we want to help them to achieve their dreams.  To do this, we make concentrated investments in a small, carefully selected group of high performing organizations working in the fields of 

youth development, career and college readiness, STEM education, and civic engagement.

Our contributions build organizations' capacity for sustained impact. We amplify our grant dollars by aligning 

our investments with like-minded funders and capacity-building organizations.

We are committed to being a trusted partner with the organizations we support and the communities they serve. We understand 

the time and resource constraints nonprofits face and strive to minimize our funder requirements. We value diverse perspectives 

and intentionally engage with the wide spectrum of individuals and organizations who make up our community.
